Clifford came to visit us last week to remind us to check out the book fair!

Over the last couple of weeks we have enjoyed free writing! 

Students working on their Writing Journal collage the second week of school.

It has been a great start to a fabulous year!  The first week of school we spent a lot of time getting to know each other.  We are continuing to work as a classroom community to create a positive learning environment for everyone.  We are all looking forward to getting to share our knowledge and experience with others.

One of the first assignments students completed was the Homework in a Bag assignment where students brought in objects that represented parts of who they are.  We all learned a lot about each other!
